Tsiporim (meaning birds) is one of Modiin's newer neighborhoods (occupancy began in 2018). It is the smallest area in Modiin and is a charming area with mostly smaller buildings and a quaint residential feel.
Atmosphere
Tsiporim has a warm, charming atmosphere. Smaller buildings, quieter streets, and a charming energy.
Community
Tsiporim tends to attract a cross-section of people. It has many young families, a mix of secular and religious, older and younger, Israeli and anglo.
Amenities
Tsiporim has popular playgrounds. It is near Anabe (some areas overlook the wadi). There is a new local center that opened in 2024 called Forum Shops, with cafes, restaurants and stores.
Housing Options
As one of the smallest neighborhoods in the city, Tsiporim has a mix of smaller buildings with apartments, some cottages/duplexes, and a couple of larger towers with apartments. Many properties have large gardens or big balconies and nice views.

Tsiporim is a really nice area to live
We like the convenience of all our friends being a short walk from us, and the Forum Shops are very convenient. Plus, we are not far from the city center but enjoy a quieter life in a smaller neighborhood.
