Atmosphere

The neighborhood's name ‘nofim’, meaning 'views' is attributed to its location higher than other areas of Modiin and offering great views.

Community

Nofim is one of Modi'in’s newest neighborhoods (people started moving in around 2020) and has become very popular with young families mainly due to its large parks/playgrounds.

Amenities

The new neighborhood center (Nofim Center) is due to open at the end of the year (2025). With a host of stores and cafes, as well as a new medical center. The neoghborhood is also a short drive to Yishpru (the main shopping center for the area) and the second Modiin train station (Patay Modiin).

Housing Options

The area is all apartments – and has a mix of taller and shorter buildings. Some of the newest properties were just completed (summer 2024).

Nofim feels new and modern

There are some great playgrounds and we really like the friendly feel of the neighborhood. We have young children and have found a lot of friends for us and our kids. Nofim does not have a large anglo presence, but all the ones who live here are really nice and we have a very welcoming and close community.
