Moreshet is Modi'in's newest neighborhood, and it is also the largest neighborhood, featuring modern high-rise apartments, a young and diverse community, and plans for extensive amenities including parks, schools, and commercial centers, all designed with a focus on accessibility and quality of life.

Atmosphere

Moreshet is a bit more dense than other areas due to the dominance of high rise buildings, but the neighborhood also hosts many parks (including an archaeological park) and playgrounds (including a big ninja park).

Moreshet has a large cross-section of demographics. It is home to a mix of Anglos and Israelis, older and younger people; and a mix or religious and secular.

Amenities

Moreshet was designed with a 'city center' that is a main strip in the neighborhood with restaurants, cafes, stores. It also has medical offices, schools and shuls.

Housing Options

Moreshet was originally built with a large proportion of houses through the government subsidized building lottery program; but since occupancy the dynamic has begun to shift and people seeking newer, larger homes have been moving to Moreshet. The city is almost entirely apartment buildings (with only a few cottages on the edge of the neighborhood).

Moreshet feels new and exciting

While it is still becoming a 'neighborhood' it is exciting watching the area come alive. It is a really friendly area, with so many parks and its own local center of town. We feel like we have everything we need all within walking distance and as everyone here is new, it lends itself to the feeling of building the community together.
